Bought my husband a chainsaw for Farther’s day in 2019.. two years later when he went to use it, there was an oil leak. Brought it back and there were no questions asked as they could tell that the chainsaw never left the case since the day it left the store and still had the invoice inside (full of oil). They replaced the saw with out saying a word, that is incredible service!
Just over a month ago, we decided to get a 4 wheeler. We called around to a few places, and Melvin’s had a 700 on the floor that was received two days before. Lucky for us the customer who ordered it didn’t like the colour. We didn’t care about the colour, and with the global supply chain shortages, ATVs are hard to come by. It is a 700, 2 up, and is perfect for our family. Service was excellent, they even delivered it to our home… and gave us both a quick overview of the bike. Really happy with the service we have received from Melvin’s.
If we get any significant amounts of snow next winter, we will be back to get a blade.

Thanks for the Argo tracks for the frontier much appreciated! I only have one complaint, and I'm not sure if it was shipped like this originally from the manufacturer; but the rope used to tie up the Argo tracks started eating away at the rubber. Not much but enough that if I was buying this for personal use I probably wouldn't be happy. 😅

What a great buying experience! Bought a 2016 (new) Arctic Cat Wildcat Sport Limited sxs. Had a few issues that were covered under warranty...no problem. When I contacted them with a concern, my calls/emails were always returned in a timely manner and my concerns were always addressed. The staff is truly awesome and I'm glad I purchased through this dealership.
