Short version: we only ask for what we need to answer you or do the job, we don't sell it to anybody, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect
If you send us a message through this website, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you give us. That is all — there is no account to create and nothing else is asked for.
If you apply for financing, the application asks for the personal and financial information the lender requires to assess it. That information is used for the application and nothing else.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, quote you for a part or machine, book a repair, arrange a rental, or submit a finance application on your behalf. We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
A finance application is shared with the lender it is submitted to, because that is the point of it. Beyond that, information is shared only where a supplier needs it to fulfil an order, or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with you and to keep an ordinary record of the business, and no longer than is reasonable. Records connected to a sale, a warranty or a finance agreement are kept for as long as those obligations last.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Any measurement we do is limited to counting visits so we know which pages are useful.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Phone or email us and we will deal with it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
